Support options

Yamoni is a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) on behalf of our partners. We operate a 24/7 support service that monitors, manages and reports on customers security infrastructure using both in-house and commercially available products.

Examples of our daily support services include the response to security incidents, changes to security policies and reaction to thread intelligence. Using our API integration to security products such as Cisco FMC/FDM, Stealthwatch, ISE, CMX and SIEM tools such as Splunk and Moogsoft we assist customers in timely reaction to daily attacks and threats.

Our automated monitoring systems monitors customers security tools and created automated action to report, notify and in most cases act immediately to notify and close down security breaches.

KSOR/BAU support work include daily/weekly changes, patches and policy implementation on a range of security products. Our tools integrate with existing Change Management systems to allow the deployment, testing and documentation of changes.
